Phil Behan is a Nevada certified structural inspector. He established the inspection company in 2003 and has successfully conducted over 4,000 structural inspections in Reno, Sparks, Carson City, Fernley, South Lake Tahoe, Dayton and the surrounding communities. 

Prior to becoming a structural inspector, Phil held a general contractor's license in California and was responsible for many remodeling and structural addition projects in San Francisco and Marin county.  He also received training as a master carpenter in Europe.  His extensive construction knowledge and experience makes him uniquely qualified to provide professional, accurate home inspections for his clients.
